Digital vouchers are issued immediately following payment confirmation. You can view the QR code in your member dashboard, download it as a mobile wallet pass, or show the confirmation email at reception.

Standard lounge admittance begins 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure. In cases of extended transit or flight delays, extensions can often be requested directly at the facility desk.

Most partner lounges include hot and cold buffet catering, non-alcoholic and selected alcoholic beverages, high-speed Wi-Fi, charging stations, comfortable seating, flight status monitors, and accessible showers.
